  • Yield strength: ≥ 600 MPa
  • Tensile strength: ≥ 900 MPa
  • Elongation: ≥14%
  • Rate of reduction in area: ≥55%
  • Impact absorbing energy: ≥ 68 J
  • Material Brinell hardness: ≤ 229 (Annealed or high temperature tempered steel rod)
  • Sample size: 25mm

Heat treatment specification

  • First quenching heating temperature: 870 °C (Coolant: water, oil)
  • Tempering heating temperature: 600 °C (Coolant: water, oil)
